Support
The detail
before the decision.
Help with choosing kit, planning a team order and knowing what to check before you commit.
Delivery
Where can I find delivery costs and options?
Check the published delivery information and the options available for your destination at checkout. If an option is not available or you need a particular date, contact Ferrus before ordering.
Does custom teamwear use the same delivery arrangements?
Custom orders are planned around an agreed specification and quote. Share your destination and requested date with the initial brief so the proposed delivery arrangements can be confirmed for that order.
Can I ask about an international order?
Yes. Tell us the destination and the kit you are considering. Availability, delivery arrangements and any applicable charges need to be confirmed for the actual order.
Returns & product issues
How do I ask about a return?
Read the published returns information, then contact Ferrus with your order reference and the item concerned. Explain whether the question is about fit, the order or a product issue so we can respond to the right details.
What if an item is missing or there is a problem?
Contact Ferrus with the order reference and a clear description of what is missing or what seems wrong. Keep the relevant packaging and order information while the issue is being reviewed.
Does a custom or personalised order have different terms?
Custom teamwear is ordered against an agreed specification. Review the quote and applicable terms, including changes and returns, before confirming. Ask about anything that is unclear at that stage.
Orders & accounts
Can I change something after ordering?
Contact Ferrus with the order reference and the change you would like to make. Whether it is possible depends on the order and its progress. For teamwear, check the complete specification before giving final approval.
Where can I see an online order?
If the order is linked to your Ferrus account, sign in to My account to see its details. Keep the order confirmation and reference when contacting us for help.
Does a teamwear enquiry count as an order?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation about the requirement. Product options, artwork, quantities, pricing and order arrangements must be agreed before a custom order is confirmed.
Payments & prices
Which payment options can I use?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout for a retail purchase. For a custom teamwear order, follow the payment arrangements in the agreed quote.
Why does custom teamwear need a quote?
Garments, quantities, artwork, personalisation and destination can all change the requirement. A quote brings those details together so you can review the proposed order as a whole.
Can I use a retail price to estimate a team order?
A retail product price applies to the product and options in that listing. It is not a confirmed price for custom kit. Send a teamwear brief so the actual requirement can be quoted.
Products & sizing
How do I choose a size?
Use the size information for the exact product or teamwear garment. Check whether measurements refer to the body or the garment, and ask Ferrus if the right chart or fit detail is not clear.
Is sizing the same across every range?
Do not assume that the same size label means the same measurements across different garments or brands. Compare the chart for the piece you are choosing and consider how you intend to wear it.
How should I care for the garment?
Follow the care label and the product-specific instructions supplied with the item. A general sportswear washing habit may not suit every fabric, print or decoration.
Teamwear & Ferrus
What does Ferrus offer?
Ferrus is a UK-based sportswear and teamwear business. You can explore retail sportswear or speak to us about custom kit for your club, school or team.
What should I include in a teamwear enquiry?
Club or team name, sport, garments required, approximate quantities, colours, personalisation ideas, destination and any requested date are a useful start. You can discuss the remaining detail as the brief develops.
Can we discuss a wider club partnership?
Contact Ferrus with the club or organisation you represent and a clear outline of what you have in mind. Explain the kit requirement and the people involved so the conversation starts with your club’s actual needs.
